Ive been working out for 5 years now 5 days a week , some time off because of injuries. Here is the routine im doing now and was wondering which one you think would benefit me the most for "lean muscle" gains.
Now:
Monday- Chest, triceps
Tuesday- Back, biceps
Wednesday- Legs, shoulders
Thursday- Chest, Triceps
Friday- Back, biceps
Saturday- Legs, Shoulders
Sunday- Off
Abs 3 times a week at end of M/W/F workouts
Or what ive been thinking about doing is the one body part a day workout
Monday- chest
tuesday- back
wednesday- legs
thursday- shoulders
Friday- arms
sat& sun - off
I used to work at goodlife fitness and the trainers gave me the first workout routine which has been going well but ive heard lots of good things about the second one and i kinda feel i need a change in my workouts.
If anyone has a better workout routine, im not expecting the actuall workouts but how you spread it over a week please let me know thanks.
