I am planning to do one more cycle of steroids. The main goal is to lose fat and have lean gains.
My last cycle was very similiar, however, instead of Sust 250mg, I used Test-Cyp. I had very good gains and dropped my BF to 7% with this.
Now, I am planning to use 500mg of Sust/week (2 shoots) stacked with 80mg/day of Anavar.
My doubt is regarding the post CUTTING cycle diet, cause in my last cycle, I almost lost all my gains of the previous cycle and my BF increased again to 15%. Probably because I made a mistake with my post cycle diet. I was afraid of regain all the fat that I lost and stayed eating my cutting diet.
What do you guys recommend me for the next post cutting cycle diet?
I should increase my calories to what range? Note that I would like to maintain my gains (low bf).
