hey guys. I need some comment on omy meals

8:00 am- 9 egg whites. 40 g of oatmeal, 2 slice of whole wheat soy toast
11:00am- 9 egg whites or 2 canned tuna, one slice of whole wheat soy totast.
1:30pm-2 chicken breast or 6-7 chicken drumsticks with wheat rice and veggie ( bolwed spinach)
4:00pm-protein bar and protein shake (50 gram of carb and 50 gram of protein)
5:30-workout-favorite time of the day.
7:00-post workout shake-40 gram of carb and 50 gram of protein
8:30-2 chicken breast or 7 drumsticks or 2 canned tuna with wheat rice and veggies.
10:30-if not pass out yet. swallow protein shake.
Calories estimated 3000-3200 daily

I take multi-viatimin, glucosamine, viatimine C, and 5g of creatine in the morning and flex oil throughout the day.

I have been doing this for about three weeks and now I my stomach is fed up with the food. Do I need sweet stuff or cheat one day of a week to keep body going.....

Right now I think I am kind of stock in this stage. 5.7 205-207ilbs. drinking like fish everyday. somebody help me.
