Need confirmation for IGF1-LR3 Dose/mixing

I apologize for bringing this up as I am usually pretty good with math.
But for some reason confusion has set in with regards to how to mix and dose my IGF1-LR3.

I did use the Peptide Calculator, but still could not be 100% sure I was doing it right. (I'm about 80% sure)
Please check this out and let me know if I am doing this correctly.

So I have 1 mg vial of IGF1-LR3. I mixed it with 2 ML of Bacteriostatic Water.
Now I want to draw 60 mcg per injection.
I am using a U-100 insulin pin. Marked 10/20/30/40/50/60/70/80/90/100 - Total of 50 tick marks

So on the Peptide Calculator:
Syringe Volume (ml): 1
Your syringe has 100 Units
Units per Tick Mark: 2
Your Syringe has 50 tick marks
Peptide (MG): 1
Bacteriostatic Water (ML): 2

I want a 60 mcg dose, or 12 or draw up to tick mark #6

So I fill up to the 6th line on my insulin pin (described above)

I'm pretty confident this is correct. Just want to make sure I am not underdosing as it seems like so little in the syringe.

If someone would be kind enough to confirm, I'll never ask again,

Ok so 2ml per 1mg (1000mcg) so 2ml=1000mcg, 1ml now= 500mcg, 0.5ml= 250mcg, 50iu is 0.5ml, 0.5ml/50iu = 250mcg. 25iu - 125mcg

maybe that will help :)
