I am new to this place, you guys have alot of great info i'm glad to be a member. My question is about my diet. I am 5'7 190 just started my post cycle therapy (pct). I want to get the abbs back. I gained alot of fat with my first cycle my diet wasn't as clean as it should have been. But now I still get 5-6 meals a day but to reach my goal i have been running/walking 3 times a week and what amount of carbs, protein and fats should i intake also what do i need to add? I am also taking Clen and ECA 2 weeks on and then switch them up.
