Need first cycle guidence

Need help on a first stack .

A little background first; I am a 32 y/o male 5’9 340lbs. That 340 is not at all great but not nearly as bad as it looks on paper. A big gut but some big shoulders, chest and gluts to balance it out a little. My athletic history is based around football, martial arts and power lifting. Up until about a year ago I was still a monster in the gym with deads and squats hovering around the 700 mark and bench closing in on 500. With lots of fun stuff like cleans and snatches thrown in. I was also working into strong man stuff with some success.

I ended up with a few non sports related injuries/issues that put me down hard for nearly a year. Now that I am back I would really like to jumpstart my strength gain and weight loss, or at least fat loss. It may be naive but the strength is my primary concern. I love the heavy stuff and when I know that it’s waiting for me at the gym it’s a lot easier to get there and work in the cardio and plyos to boot.

This will be my first stack and I would really like some guidance on the best route to go. I have no OTC experience with anything stronger then creatine.

First of all good for you MJ to be motivated after an injury to kick your self into shape. Now what you should do is go to the diet forum and talk to the mod about setting you up a diet plan. With your size you should have no problems with throwing around heavy weight but dietary intake and cardio are going to be key for your fat loss.

I completely understand the focus on diet, and, think at least, I have a fairly solid grasp on what is needed in that department. (knowing and following are two different things, fucking chicken wings.)

What I am very much looking for is guidence on how to set up my first stack with the focus on very lean gains and strength gains over actual mass.

I have no doubt that the strength will come back in time and with it the butter on my midsection will fade. I would like some pointers on what to take to speed things up a little : )

at your bf and weight in general, you should not use anything....its simple

right off the top of my head, using any kind of anabolic will cause serious blood pressure issues considering your situation, not too mention at extreme bf%, any anabolic is going to aromatize much easier.....get to 15-20%bf before you even sniff anything

At ur size u should be able to drop ur bodyfat% quick. At my heaviest 250lbs i dropped 20 lbs in 2 weeks doing HIIT 3 times a week for 15-20 min after a intense workout. Also my diet was in check and i had cut carbs quite a bit. A lot of ppl talk shit about cutting carbs but it helps me. I also kept my strength ppl always say that u burn muscle with HIIT but in my case i didnt notice a difference maybe cause i train intensly.
 
unless ur under 20% bf there's no reason for u to be using gear...

ur only gonna aromatize the most of your gear thx to the high bf that you have....

and if u were under 20% at 340 then ur mr.olympia/strongman status... which i doubt, but your more then welcome to post up pics to prove us wrong...

Is 15-20% really the magic line? Do not know if I have ever been there other then some serious cuts for kickboxing. My frame and metobolism just do not seem to support it.

Just purely out of curiosity now what % would be getting sucked up and is this the case with other otc supps? If so which? It fucking sucks being fat.

This on Spot, high androgen levels do not favor people that overweight, get your diet in check, lots of sprints, deep sleep, avoid stress, 5 days of week of some High intensity circuit type of training.

Hydrolyzed whey protein post training will do someone who is trying lose weight some good along maybe caffeine(as preworkout supp).
Alot of people who have been cutting using otc supps have been enjoying: The hardcore stack (alphaT2 + Erase)

Start off with At2 and follow up with Erase, supps are only a small portion to helping one achieve their goals, you need to get your agenda in check, and you should be fine bro.

Heavy ass squats leg presses, Bench presses and Dead lifts will get ur bodies natural Test and GH levels through the roof:axe:
 
It's apparent that you're obviously an endormorph. Losing fat will be tougher than you might think. The problem is that even if you are able to lose fat, your strength will definitely be lowered because you are going to have to decrease your calorie intake. I guess you just have to find that exact fine line which will make the best of both worlds.
