Need help on a first stack .
A little background first; I am a 32 y/o male 5’9 340lbs. That 340 is not at all great but not nearly as bad as it looks on paper. A big gut but some big shoulders, chest and gluts to balance it out a little. My athletic history is based around football, martial arts and power lifting. Up until about a year ago I was still a monster in the gym with deads and squats hovering around the 700 mark and bench closing in on 500. With lots of fun stuff like cleans and snatches thrown in. I was also working into strong man stuff with some success.
I ended up with a few non sports related injuries/issues that put me down hard for nearly a year. Now that I am back I would really like to jumpstart my strength gain and weight loss, or at least fat loss. It may be naive but the strength is my primary concern. I love the heavy stuff and when I know that it’s waiting for me at the gym it’s a lot easier to get there and work in the cardio and plyos to boot.
This will be my first stack and I would really like some guidance on the best route to go. I have no OTC experience with anything stronger then creatine.
