Welp, I was told to move my thread here. I'm 5'11 and weigh 160 lbs. I need to gain 40 lbs as fast a possible. Please give me the information i need to know. There's to much stuff to start looking up, so don't tell me to do that. That's kinda why i'm posting this here. I guess im not taking roids or test. So yea... I need the correct numbers and stuff to be able to gain 40 lbs of muscle in 3 months. I know to do around 40% of carbs 40% of protein and 20% of Fats. So please give me the correct calories and when to take my protein and also which is the best. I need to gain as fast as possible!
