Okay, this is what I came up with. Im noticing eating 4+ eggs in a day does not agree with me. I tried just eggs whites and that made no difference so I'm trying something else.
#1 Breakfast
12oz 2%
1/2c Oats
Bananna
3oz chicken (breaded, pan fried w/ peanut oil)
Meal#2
12oz 2% w/ 1/2 scoop protein shake
Whole Gran Begal
2 tbsn Peanut butter
Meal#3
12oz 2%
4oz Chicken or Salmon
1/2c rice
3oz veg (Mixed or Broc exc.)
1 slice Whole Wheat bread
Meal#4
12oz 2%
5oz canned tuna w/ 1 egg white & relish
2 slices WG bread
Meal#5
12oz 2%
8oz or more Chicken, beef or pork.
3oz whole grain pasta or 2 slices wheat bread
1 sweet or white potato
Meal#6
12oz milk
1/4c raisins
1 Bananna
2 tbsn PB
.5c Oats
I am also drinking 2 tspn of creatine mono before I work out and a protein shake immediatly after (10oz 2% w/ 2 scoops powder).
No rush man, I've been skinny for 32 years, a few more days wont kill me. lol Enjoy your vaction!
