Need help guessing body fat %

The electronic scales are worthless, and I think the bod pod measurement I got a month ago was off.

For example, my electronic scale says I am 20% BF, and the handheld unit says I am 17% and the bodpod says I was 29.9 25 days ago.
I have gained a pound since then, although I think its mostly muscle

I am 193 lbs today, 6'0 tall and 28 years old.

Based on these pictures what do think I am at?

Bod Pods are considered to be reasonably accurate. I agree, the electronic units are crap.

Based on your photo, I would have guessed 25%. You look like you weigh more than 193 lbs though.

Do you lift weights or play any sports?

No offense, but you don't look like you have a lot of muscle underneath. For example, your legs look pretty small and covered with fat. The Bod Pod may be closer than you want to believe.

Do you lift heavy? With intensity? How much do you bench, squat and deadlift for example?

What sports do you play?

None taken. I am asking for honest feedback.

I just recently changed my program in the last 3 weeks, to where I am doing 6 times a week instead of 3. Plus I only have been back to lifting religiously for 2 months. I bench twice a week, front squat twice a week, and RDL twice a week on my current program.

I was doing an a starting strength variant previously. Mostly focusing on compounding exercises. I play hockey. However to give you an idea, my current list of lifts for the this week on my current program.

BP - 195x10
Squat FS 145x8 When I was doing back squat I was doing around 225 x 5
Deadlift 225x8

I am not strong, but just surprised by the numbers. I figured id be around 21% body fat. I am going to go back Tuesday and get it re ran with tighter fitting boxers. I was wearing some very loose ones as I had lost weight, but not sure it would alter the results much if any.

Don't wear boxers. Wear compression shorts. Or really tighty-whities. Or ask to go Commando.

I play hockey too!

I'd go with between 22-25% as well.
Don't pay too much attention to the differences between the various measurements - as long as the trend is that your bf% is going down over time, the actual number is irrelevant.

What are your goals exactly?
Because, contrary to popular belief, starting strength is a terrible program if your aim is to simply look better - more muscle, less fat, body recomposition, etc.

Yea that's why I switched off starting strength to a higher volume routine with more isolation. My main goal is to build muscle while specifically going for an aesthetic look. My second goal is to get my bf down to 15%. I do not care what my weight is.
