i am at
171 lb

approximately 12-15 body fat%
25 years old
I start using GH 2 weeks ago with nothing else, i have never used any kink of steroids before.
i am just wondering what should i add to my GH, i am trying to avoid these kinds of steroids with high risk side effects.
and do you think I will notice some results if I keep using GH by itself.
i don`t wanna get big, i just want to have lean muscles with low fat, like the people who compete in men's physics
