So my specs are as follows,
Pb
Deadlift - 520 lbs 1 rep
Bench - 270 lbs 1 rep
Squat - 225 lbs ( working on it )
Row - 360 1 rep

169 lbs ( started 125 lbs I year prior, got to 180 and dropped)
Trying to gain mass and strength
I plan on spending around 400 most for my first cycle, I was suggested test Eth 500 mg x week and tbol with nolvadex for post
( bottles of test and 1 tbol with nolvadex )
Is this good? And any improvements? I need all the advice I can get, please suggest similar cycles, and other good first cycles, I am aiming for mass and somewhat strength, something not so bad on my liver preferably I just finished a cycle of isotrentin
