ok So i am on my wightlifting team and i am taking sus 250 for 5 weeks 250 ml a week and taking Naposim dball with it i have 300 dball and right now i am taking 25mg a day and plan on going to 50 but not sure when to do this i have states in april and i am right now benching 270 and jerking 200 at 145lb trying to get my bench to 300 or more and my cleans to 225 or more can any one help me on how i should take my dball to help this. should i take just 25mg for a long time or shoudl i take 25mg for 4 weeks then go up or what? please help
