Need Help on Diet- Losing Hope

I need some help on a diet i'm beginning to worry that there is something wrong with me that i am going to have a blood test to make sure that everything is alright with me- although i think i have too much estrogen as most of my fat is in my chest, thighs and butt. Fairly good diet- eat 5 x a day mostly protein and complex carbs at least 2 protein shakes a day (one with flax seed oil) Don't do steriods only fat burners. I have tried for 3 yrs now to get cut, go to the gym at least 6x a week - used to do a mix of HIIT (using eliptical machines because my knees hurt on treadmill) and Weights but got so frustrated i only do cardio now. What frustrates me is that i see people who workout less get more results than i do- i lose about 7 pounds at best in 3 mths.

I'm 6:6 and 270 pounds. Should i just give up ?
 
Maybe you should hire someone to help you along. I'm sure there is probably somone in your area that can help or there is a lot of good nutritionist online.
 
Honestly that is something you can not tell for sure by just pics. However i'm going to doubt you have an estrogen problem. It looks like you are carrying fat all over. Doesn't appear you have one area that is worse then another.
 
7:30 am EAS Protein (40g) Plus a bowl of oatmeal

10:00 am Scrambled egg whites

1.00pm: Tuna Salad and a banana (Alternative days it would be chicken, brocolli and brown rice)

3:00pm Protein shake (pre-workout)

I would normally have a banana after workout. I might have a shake again but i find that too much

7pm: Either grilled chicken or Salmon and vegetables

Supplements : EAS Protein, (myoplex- when i can't get a meal in ) I have used Lipo 6, Hydroxycuts and Hot Rox at different stages. I couldn't tell which one was more effective.

I am a student and its an effort to eat at regular times or carry a shake around. If i have one weakness its not that i eat junk food, but i can skip meals entirely. I wouldn't binge later either. Right now i'm working and its a total struggle to eat
