Need help on how to start

I joined the gym and I started working out. And my friend told me to take anadrol and testosterone for 10 weeks to get bigger. I was told take anadrol once a day for 40 days in the morning with breakfast. And testosterone once a week for 10 weeks, and that would be a cycle. Then stop for a while.

Now the thing is will this work?
And what about my daily work out and what I eat. How many calories, carbs, protein, etc?

Im 19 years old 5' 10" weigh 130lbs.

Please help me out on how to get big. Thank you.:)
 
At your age Bro FOOD and working out will make you bigger.

Never miss a meal. Carry protein powder and granola bars if needed but never miss a meal. Wake up every morning eat 4-6 eggs with 4-6 slices real wheat bread or oatmeal. Ever 3-4 hours eat sandwiches of tuna, peanut butter, cheeses and meats. Also eat fruits and vegetables all day long. Workout using full range of motion, cheating the weight is only cheating yourself. Train one body part each week, get plenty of rest. Don't drink booze. Keep on routine.

Eating crap like fast food and pizza will slow down your progress.

All this is the same as using steroids. You have to do all this work anyway so just do it natural for a year and you will shock people with muscle that won't go away when you stop using the steroids.

just so you don't get confused on what mike was saying, train each bodypart once per week. not pick a body part and train it all week long, sort of looked like it could be read wrong. remember it doesn't take much, don't be in the gym more than an hour, but train in that hour intensely! big compound movements, ie bench, deadlifts, bent over rows, squat, legpress, weighted dips and pullups. don't even have an arm day yet. a 3 day split would be great for you, say chest monday, back wednesday legs friday. do your work in the gym, make use of that rest time. EAT EAT EAT, i used to think i was a hardgainer, no i just wasn't eating enough. eating until you're stuffed for lunch and dinner but waking up 10am and skipping breakfast ain't it brother. eat every two hours, atleast 300 calories each time. that equates to atleast 2700 cals right there, which i'm sure you're no where near. now bump it up 300 calories per week until you start seeing results. remember when you gain weight your maintenence and bulking required calories go up! stay away from AAS for a few years, way too young. i'm 24 and would say i'm pushing the envelope, i've just been training for a while. remember you're probably not a true hardgainer, there's 6 billion of us and we're all pretty much the same. you're not special.... now get in the kitchen motherfucker.
 
You have at least 50 pounds to throw on before you should think about AAS. If you mess with them now you're gonna get hurt. Going off Mike's advice, you should get there fairly quickly. Good luck.
 
Hey bro I used to think I was a hard gainer because every time I started eating big I would get fat, so I would limit my caloric intake and not change. Then I re-evaluated the way I was eating and what I was eating, lo and behold at 2750 cals a week I've been gaining about a pound a week (not fat either).

Your too young to start AAS, you've got a shit ton of natural test in your system at your age.
If you get your nutrition figured out and put your time in the gym you WILL grow quickly.

Roids won't do shit for you without everything else in place. Talk to 3j about a nutrition plan, money better spent IMO.

Word up eating does a whole world of difference

That's 80% of your training right there the rest comes from the gym and rest.

At your age I had the build of a tooth pick, started what the vets above have stated and my whole world changed.

Check out the nutrition forums bro, should only start to hit the gear after you have everything else "somewhat" figured out. If you hit the macros that you set for yourself and caloric intake then you will be surprised how much gains you can get. And start the reading and information gathering now, its not something to play around with. Mostly all the guys here have vast knowledge on the subject and are here to help. GL
 
Agreed with all the above. 19 just let nature take its corse with food and supps. U will grow ur body is packed with test right now anyway.
