Just for fun, I will answer the question, using major joints and muscles only:

Barbell lunge- all sagittal plane
hip joint extension using biceps femoris(long and short head),semimembranosus, semitendinosus , gluteus maximus

knee joint extension using vastus medialis, vastus lateralis, vastus intermedius

ankle stabilization and plantar flexion using the triceps surae complex (the gastroc, the plantaris and the soleus)

Seated leg press- in sagittal plane
hip joint extension using biceps femoris(long and short head),semimembranosus, semitendinosus , gluteus maximus

knee joint extension using vastus medialis, vastus lateralis, vastus intermedius

Chin up-
elbow flexion in frontal plane using biceps brachii, brachialis, brachioradialis

shoulder extension in frontal plane using teres major and latissimus dorsi, minor posterior deltoid, long head of triceps brachii, sternal head of pec major

Pec dec
shoulder adduction in transverse plane using the pectoralis major, anterior deltoid, coracobrachialis

shoulder protraction using serratus anterior, stabilized with pec minor
