Need help reaching my genetic potential.

stats- 19yrs old, 200lbs, 6ft tall, guessin about 14% bf,

I have decided to take the advice of the mods and vets of this website and not use AAS until I am 24 yrs old. So I have 5 years to keep training my ass off. My diet is a clean bulk of about 4000 calories a day, I am eating about 350 grams of protein a day. However, my gains seem to be slowing down now that I have reached this 200lb mark. Heavy lifting, compound exercises mostly. I want to keep getting bigger and perhaps cut bf as well. What are some good products I can use that are more on the hardcore side w/out stepping into the AAS or PH route? I have been researching things such as insulin shots. Not sure a good route to go. Don't want to waste my money on any products that aren't worth the money.

I'd steer clear of anything insulin related...especially if you have no experience with AAS/DS/Peptides. Insulin can be quite dangerous if not used properly.

Anabeta is a good natty product by PES. Serious Nutrition Solutions has a clone of something that was called X-Factor back in day. I believe Molecular Nutrition was the first to release it. Its primary ingredient is Arachidonic Acid. Very popular when it first came out. Creatine, amino acids, etc...there are options. And a big kudos to you for being mature enough to decide not to use gear until 24-25yr old mark.

Adjust your diet. Seems like you are eating toomuch protein. I'm 230lbs 10% bf and I only eat 200-250 g of protein a day. Ypu gotta figure out what works for you though. Doing the same thing over and over and not seeing results is not good. Experiment with your diet till you get it dialed in.

Upping my carb intake has helped me a lot. Other than that when i stop making progress i switch up my routine. Always high intensity but maybe adjust volume, do more extended failure work etc... i wish i knew how to eat and exercise properly at 19!

Why not switch everything up right now? Drop 4% BF, and then wait til winter, bulk right back up, and then cut again come next spring?

Should do a minor switch every so often. I tend to switch it up every few weeks... Either thru diet or training.

How are your rest days?

to much protein and if your trying to grow then lighten the weight up and do around 12 reps and work on the contraction of the muscle. Change your hole workout up and change your diet because your body is getting used to the same thing.
