Need Help!!!!! Steroid Abuse has caught up to me!

I was running 1000 mg/wk, 200 mg/wk was my Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) dose that I would come down to. I agree that I have other health issues. I am trying to get into see and endo as soon as I can.

still. youre making a pretty big leap here.

I am dealing with arthritis, the normal kind, and gout related arthritis, which also ties into my diabetes.

If I were you, I would get a blood glucose monitor and see where your blood sugar levels are during the day, a lot of test makes me need more insulin. I am type 2, and both my parents are, and I fought it hard.

The way I cruise is ad a little deca, 150 mgs a week, is enough to take care of a lot of my arthritis.

You will be on supplemental testosterone for the rest of your life, there is no getting around this unless you want to live like an old eunic.

I need to give blood myself, but that is one of the better things for all the extra iron. I just hate doing it.

Good luck man, and relax, the damage is already done, and now you just have to recover what you can, and figure out what is really going on

I do have a glucose monitor from when I was on slin. I can start using that throughout the day. I am going to see a rheumatologist next month. My blood work came back negative on gout and RA.

I saw a hormone doctor and my LH is still recognizing that my test is low which is a good sign. He put me on clomid 50mg EOD for a month. Then retest to see if the LH increased as well as the test. If the LH increases and the test doesnt then yes, I will be on test the rest of my life. Which I had figured I would be anyways until I got all of this joint pain.

When you say cruise, do you mean in between cycles you run 150 mg of deca per wk?

Thanks

I spoke to the hormone doctor and another doctor regarding my liver. They both said the samething, that it was probably from supplements and to get an ultrasound to be safe and then retest.

I am going to see a rheumatologist next month for the joint pain. My blood work came back negative for RA and gout. But there is something systemic going on in my body to have joint pain / tendonitis in almost every joint in my body.

Sucks to have lost everything I worked hard for and yes cheated for go down the drain. I just want to be able to go to the gym and workout with 30 lb dumbbells. It used to be straight to the 100's, now I just want to feel a pump pain free.

Did you say you aren't taking anti-inflammatories?

Aleve/naproxen sodium is safe at almost any dose, only needs to be taken twice a day and reduces inflammation dramatically. I've been through PT and NSAIDs are a huge part of recovery from any inflammation issue.

No NSAID's. I am afraid to use them with the stomach problems they cause and the issue with my liver.

Get the ultrasound.
What supps have you taken for liver support? If you haven't tried NAC get on about 1,000/1,500 mg/day of it.

My hormone doctor just put me on that. I am also trying inflamacore for my tendons / joints.

Would GH hurt or help with the tendonitis / joint pain? My doc wouldnt give me a straight answer because I am not low on GH and he could get into trouble recommending black market products.

I would get this liver issue sorted out first.
Have they checked your c-reactive protein?
