I need some advice on quick easy meals that I can take to work. I am in business for myself so I am not tied down completely but I dont have access to nothing but a fridge, water, and boiling water at my office. I am consuming 2 cytogainer shakes a day which with milk I get about 130-140 grams of protein from my shakes. I eat at Subway or buffet for lunch most workdays. If I eat subway I have 12" chicken breast on whole wheat w/ spinach, cheese, olives, jalapenos. I am going to start eating about 4 pbutter sandwiches on whole wheat bread that should add some more protein. I am trying to reach 400gm protein a day, eventually. I figure I am only at about 200 now max. Any help? What can I use to add 200gm of protein? I know I am missing morning meal? Thats what I need the most help with. Have very good metab, low BF%, 6'2 205.
