Need help w/ Bulking Diet....

I need some advice on quick easy meals that I can take to work. I am in business for myself so I am not tied down completely but I dont have access to nothing but a fridge, water, and boiling water at my office. I am consuming 2 cytogainer shakes a day which with milk I get about 130-140 grams of protein from my shakes. I eat at Subway or buffet for lunch most workdays. If I eat subway I have 12" chicken breast on whole wheat w/ spinach, cheese, olives, jalapenos. I am going to start eating about 4 pbutter sandwiches on whole wheat bread that should add some more protein. I am trying to reach 400gm protein a day, eventually. I figure I am only at about 200 now max. Any help? What can I use to add 200gm of protein? I know I am missing morning meal? Thats what I need the most help with. Have very good metab, low BF%, 6'2 205.


Egg Whites? Best way to eat them? cookem?
 
Make a bunch of meals on Sunday and put them in heavy duty ziplock bags freeze them and heat them in boiling water at work. That way you can get variety and convenience. Check out the recipe section I have put quite a few there.
 
I make a couple of turkey wraps to take to work/school
Protien Pancakes make an awesome snack
What husky said-
Bring protein powder too work.
Tuna Melt Wraps are easy and good as well.

If you can get the pre-separated ones that are pasteurized, you can drink them. They are basically flavourless and quick to get down. Nice and easy source of protein.
 
thanks Aboot. I will check that out. thanks husky good idea. I am up to about 250gm of protein a day and about 3500-4000 cal. My BMR is almost 1780 or so.

Another Q's if anyone knows. how grams of chicken breast is 50 grams of protien.
if you know beef to? I know one can of tuna is about 33grams
 
I like to make some meals ahead of time like huskyguy. I normally do something easy like chicken, rice, and veggies. Mix and chop it all up and put it in a plastic gladware container or something. Then later Ill reheat it and chow down. Not the best tasting, but good for what your doing. You could spice it up with the other guys meals too.
