need help w/ph cycle and advice on diet..........

ok here we go..........
i have a new job(yea for me) thanks.........im a meter reader now......lots o walkin'........any were from 8-12 miles a day.......plus ill be in the gym atleast 4 times a week.........my wt is around 195 or so now (no gym in 3 weeks and lots o walking will do that)......my diet has been good but i think it needs some tinkering now because of all my walkin and as a meter reader we dont really eat lunch (i can see the dropped jaws all ready), but its true they skip meals .....so i need some help w/food on the move. i eat breakfast at like 6 am but dont eat again till like 9:30 am then again at like 12:30 or 1pm......i have been eatin protien bars with carbs to help maintain energy, those abb steel bars (taste like candy)........umm what else .......oh yea the ph's........i just ordered my supply of the soon to be banned ph's(ass holes)........i got :
higher power 5mg ea m1t tab's(480 tabs)
1 bottle of legal gear m1t 10mg tabs (80 tabs)
higher power m1d tabs 1 mg each (200 tabs)
legal gears ohn tabs 2mg each (180 tabs)
......i would like to run all 3 together for 4 weeks (unless u guys think of a better time frame to run them in) but not sure how or at how much each......when i did the m1t i took 5 mg for 3 weeks straight and responded really well to it, i gained 10 lbs and retained all but a few untill all this freakin walkin (lol).i will also be taking:
animal pac vitamins 1 pac aday
uni-liver from universal
gh max from universal (l-argine and okg w/boron and some other gh agents)
mrm's creactive (12g creatine plus bcaa's and 300 mg ala)
joint supp(msm and condroitine and shark cartlidge plus other stuff like that)
flax supp pills(ala 580 mg )
atleast 200 g protien aday
200-400 g carbs
30+ g fiber aday
90 g fats
any help with food to eat while on the move or on how to stack my ph's would be great.......also any othe rinfo u guys need just let me know...thanks for ur time.
 
ok bud here some info for ya.

eat fruit thru out the day. carry it with you. apples, oranges, banannas, etc. at your weight you need 300-400g protein a day if you looking to add muscle.

try 10mg/d m1t and 4mg/d ohn. i do at least an 8 week cycle longer if you want. 12 works beter. if you get to feeling sluggish from the m1t cut it back to 7.5mg/d. if you tolerate 10mg/d up it to 12.5. in other words find out how much you can tolerate til sides kick in then back down a bit.

hey pullinbig thanks for the addvice....but i took the m1t at 10mg aday for 5days the first time i ran it and it killed my lower back so dropped back down to 5mg a day......i did a total of 7 days at 5mg, 5days at 10mg and 9 days at 5mg again because of the low back pain......that was about 6 weeks ago.....i've started to carry fruit me now too but......what about all the sugars from them.....or should i not worry about that since i'll be walking all day long in like 85+ degree heat? also how would u get those .5 mg (ie. u said 7.5mg of m1t), cut the pills?? i noticed u left out the m1d???why??and my goal is to more or less try and push my wait up to about 215 or 220 if possible but i wanna lower my bf alot ( i'd like to be around 5-7%)........i can already say i'm on my way to losing the fat from my new job, but i also wanna put some muscle back on ......how did my other supps look? and do u think the ABB steel bars are a good choice for the protien and carbs in them to combine with the fruit?? id take a protien shake with me but it would be difficult to carry and probably go bad from the heat.......hell when i get ready to eat my second bar of the day ( i leave it in a coooler till i think ill be away from my car to long/far to go back and get to eat) that caryy with me usually no longer than a an hr to hr and 1/2 its all melty and slimmy.....but i eat it any way. thanks for your time pullin....
 
i have no ecperience with the m1d. fructose helps to keep insulin production down and the thyroid active. this will help to lower BF. you can drink a 100g shake at breakfast, lunch and diner to get you protein in. or a combo of food and shakes to get that amount. you on the right track if you got you training routine in order. I am available for online training.

hey pullin big...isnt 100g of protien at one sitting a lil' much.....i usually wouldn't take in more than 50 at one sitting.....i dont see a problem though with getting the 300 to 400 grams of pro in in a day that u suggested....i also was unaware that fructose kept insulin production down???but on a side note dont i want my insulin lvls raised to more easliy absorb protien and my creatine thats why i got the flax pills and the creatine w/ala i was under the impression it would help me bulk???espesially if i combo'd it with the gh max i got from universal (a kinda hgh) and the P.S.'s i got...maybe i was wrong.....as far as training ....my routines are actually good..(i change it up every few months)...but thanks for the offer....im actually workin on an issa certificate and im going to college for nutrition ....although i havent made to that class yet(lol)......as far as the m1d ( 17a-methyl-17b-hydroxyestra-4,9(10)dien-3-one compound) its bottle suggestion is 1 tab twice daily (ea tab is 1mg) for 6-8 weeks.......but i thought if u stacked ps or even ass's u wouldn't take full doses but a lighter dose....over an extended period of time....also what kinda results should i expect from the mohn??i know the m1t will make grow like mad and give me hella strength and i didnt bloat either, it did the first time, i took i even felt it the first day i took and went to the gym.......hey again thanks for ur time here..
 
ohn will lean you out.

insulin causes storage of fat.

100g of pro is what i normally injest in a shake with no probs. if its too much you will see it in you stool. your body will adapt.

i know what m1d is just never tken it so i cant respond.

creatine works for some and not others. red meats is a good source naturally.

i am cerified as a trainer and what i learned in those classes was of no use. i too am up on nutrition and what i learned in those classes was BS too. practical real life experince is far better.

if you dont mind IM try 4ADne for incredible results at 75mg/d along with 10-20mg/d of m1t orally. you will put on size and have incredible strength gains.
