Here is what I did to bring up my chest. I noticed that my chest was looking a little bottom heavy.
Barbell Inclines
3 - 4 Sets
DB Inclines
3 Sets
Dips
3 Sets
Extreme Stretching
1 set with 30 lbs Dumbells.
The main thing is your form. It's nice to puch big weight but what good are you doing (for your chest) if the majority of the weight is being moved by the delts and tri's? Sure, they play a roll in pressing movements, but if you can focus on squeezing your chest and feeling it throughout the whole movement you'll be happy with the new growth.
Also, you might want to try some extreme stretching. Doggcrapp brought this to my attention and I love it after a chest workout. Grab a set of 30lb Dumbells. lay back on a bench and bring the dumbells down into a fly position. Make sure you pull your elbows down as far as possible and try and push out your chest. This should give you an intense stretch throughout the whole chest area. It will take some time to figure out this, but when you do .... OUCH!!!!!! With the 30's I can't even get close to 1 minute. The burning it pretty intense, but I love every second of it. Once you can hold the 30's for 1 minute it's time to increase the weight for the stretch.
