Need Help With A Womans Diet Please

29yrs

works out 3/4 times a week -cardio/light weights

works out at 6pm

wants to tone up mid section and arms mostly, not looking to compete or anything, just feel good about herself.

I know what diet to run for myself but never dialed a womans one before, so I'm looking for some suggestions.(protien intake and soo forth)

she doesn't like fish!
