i have a bag of whey isolate... no matter how I use it, it turns to goo... mixed straight with water or almond milk it's like slime, mixed like my other protain shakes it gets gelatinous and stringy like snot. The flavor is mediocre but would be way more tolerable if the texture wasn't nasty.
So recipe type folks, what am I doing wrong??? I've emailed and PM'd the vendor and gotten no help (not even a response).
