Ok first off sorry if this is the wrong spot to post this but I have some questions about my lab work that was done last month. My doc never came out and said anything during my lest visit but I'm not sure if she had the results yet or just forgot to bring it up. Anyway, I have little to no idea how to read these things but one thing that caught my eye was my liver numbers. Feel free to ask about other components in this report if you think I should know about something else as it is also vitally important to my health I would really appreciate it. So here is what listed under my Hepatic function;
Result Normal Range
Albumin 4.2 3.6 - 5.1
Albumin/Globulin Ratio 2.0 1.0-2.5
Alkaline Phosphate 96 40-115
ALT 121 ?!?! how bad is that? 9-46
AST 113 Same question 10-40
Bilirubin direct 0.1 < OR = 0.2
indirect 0.2 0.2-1.2
total 0.3 0.2-1.2
Globulin 2.1 1.9 - 3.7
Protein 6.3 6.1-8.1
Anyway that's everything listed under the Hepatic function but it looks like she order a full panel so there are lost of other numbers here if anyone who understand this stuff can give me a hand with it and let me know if my liver is shot and I'm dying or what lol. On the bright side my creatinine levels dropped back to within acceptable ranges over the past couple months. Just need to know about heart and liver etc. Thanks again in advance of your help.
