Hey guys,
So this will be my first PH cycle and of course I want to make sure I completely understand everything before I begin. There's a million different products and methods about doing this so it's somewhat overwhelming. I want this to be a recomp, so my goals are to gain 5-8lbs of lean, hard muscle and lower body fat by 1-2%. I realize that even with these supplements diet is a huge part and I already have a thorough understanding of my macro requirements. Anyway, here's my list of supplements and I would just like some second opinions on things I can add, remove, dosage changes, or any other suggestions you guys may have:
Pre-load: 2 weeks
AI Cycle Support
Cycle: 6 weeks
Halocor 50/75/75/75/75
AI Cycle Support
Multivitamin
Fish oil
PCT: 4 weeks
Clomid 50/50/25/25
