I have 260 10mg Winstrol (winny) tabs and I was told to take 5 a day every day (which will last about 7-8 weeks). I was wondering if I can spread the cycle out to last throughout the majority of the summer time by lowering the dosage, taking it every other day, or take it every other day at a low dose.
My goal is basically to lean up, I'm not looking to put on weight i'm 5'6 165 at like 13% body fat and I want to get down to at least 11%. I play baseball and am a pitcher in a competitive college baseball conference down south so bulking up really isn't my thing, plus I don't want to look like i'm juiced out of my mind because I know if I get on test i will blow up. I want to stay lean and flexible.
I train 4 days a week doing power/olympic style lifting while mimicking athletic type pitching movements. My goals this summer are to stay flexible, lean up, improve lower body power and "core" is always in my workout. I try to do cardio every day at least for 30-45 mins and 2 days a week are dedicated to agility and speed type sprints. I've heard bad things about taking Winstrol (winny) but i'm taking this regardless plus i know kids on my team who have taken Winstrol (winny) and 2 of them are playing in the minors. So let me know what would be the best way to spread this cycle out, I want to start taking it asap but I want to be ready for mid august because that is when we start up again. I don't want to take the cycle when i'm back at school (fear of drug test), so let me know what to do.
