need help with routine

i need a few suggestions i have thought about training every other day like push/pull day rest then legs then repeat and doing a lower volume and only compound lifts to supplement the big 3 lifts like weighted dips skull crushers etc etc or do something similar to the 5x5 again with a bodypart each day any suggestions?
 
thanx for the link the only thing i think im not getting is what to do when he says to do statics and the chest stretch is it just the lowest position of a fly then lower or what? Also it says one set per bodypart got all that but lower it says do both sets for 8? thought it was only 1 set lol? also what is meant by the x 1 set 8/15 does it mean between 8 and 15 reps? k i somewhat get statics but what position throught the movements should you hold it the middle?
