Need Help with some good data for dr

ok great news for me is my dr is willing to work with me on my treatment. he is from the old school and didn't test for estradiol the first time. he did listen to my concerns and is doing the next test with e2. I mentioned an ai and he is very smart and is willing to prescribe what is needed. I need some good links for him to read and understand the newer protocols. I did mention to him dr. Crisler . I can't seem to find any good websites or data to provide him. any help would be great
