Need Help with weight loss please!

Folks let me start by saying that everybody here has been a great help! Been reading on here just about daily, and today I seemed to be more confused than ever. I need some help. let me tell ya'll something about me. I'm 230 pounds at apprx 11% BF at 6'4". I have a pretty strick diet for the past 2 years except for vodka. My new years resolution is no drinking as I want to further my body's progress. I've always had low T and my doc has me on the T cream. It's worked great and had some gains last couple of years. My levels are anywhere from 1100 to 1500. So I think there about right. I have concerns with gear. Will gear affect my body to produce natural T in the long run. Like when I quit taking it? What would be a good gear to use and what dose. I'm a believer that everybody reacts different to different things. I sure don't need the limp dick as I already have enough problems in that area. I'm looking for information that people might know with my stats for any ideas. What would you all recomend? I still haven't figured out all the abbrevations on here yet, so for my sake of me asking what, please don't abbr unless you tell me what it means. You are already on gear, or Test it's just in a cream, not injectable, and it will shut you down just like the shots will do.

I really don't quite understand what you are wanting to do.
Sounds like you want to run a cycle is this correct?
 
Yes thats correct. Can't decide between deca or d-bol. And I'm reading about what to take after a cycle. Good lord! HCG? will this help bring me back to normal? I'm trying to learn all I can before jumping into something. Don't think I've had any srinkage in the last 2 years. This is why I want to further my cycle. Been on tes for a while now. Also will deca or d-bol raise my T levels?
 
I think you would benefit most from increasing your Test dosage, combined with diet and exercise, you should be able to reach your goals.

And yes you need to run Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) to keep your boys working.
 
RA64, thanks, but I think I've hit a plateu. been the same size for close to a year now. So keeping the levels above 1500 will provide better gains? hmmm my ass is gona have to go to the shots then. I'm still checking into the HCG's, take while on tes or cycle off tes and then take the HCG?

I read your post in another thread about the alcohol. Great idea to lay off the vodka if you're going on cycle. I recall you saying that you mix a pretty considerable amount of it into a drink every day. The problem with these hard liquors is that if you drink them every day your body eventually gets used to them, and if you stop suddenly you may experience withdrawal symptoms after several days. My suggestion is that you gradually wean yourself off by tapering down the amount of alcohol you put in your drink each day rather than quit cold turkey.

If you want to avoid limp dick syndrome then deca may not be a good option for you either. Most people will probably tell you that since this would be your first real cycle to just do test only injections and see how your body responds to that before adding on other stuff. Most of it going to be about diet and training though.

Regarding the Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG), some people prefer to take smaller doses during the cycle and others prefer to take large doses at the end. My choice is to use it during.
 
BimmerDude, thanks, I haven't had a drink since sat :) and all is gud as far as withdrawls, so I don't think thats an issue right at the moment. Yea I'm leaning more toward some d-bol. I train hard and diet pretty good, just thought I'd see how I do on the next level. I don't want to compete as it's a racket of a sport. That is a full time job, sorry to anybody who competes, no offense to anyone. I do this because I feel good at my age and want to keep it. With my job I keep the young guys motivated. I lift 5 days a week with cardio at least 3 days with 2 days of rest, and I still wana lift on the rest days. Still looking for suggestions on the amount to use on a first cycle of d-bol.

D-bol alone..even with cream is not your best choice..are you needle phobic ?
A good starter would be test inject 4-500 a week e c or s.
Then you need to look into an Aromatase inhibitor (AI)

DSude if your gonna cycle up..make a choice do it..do it right..partying and cycling is a sure fire way to fuck up.
 
teutonic, not needle phobic :) like you said just tryin to do it right. LOL 96 hours! Make me sound like an alky! I didn't think I was that bad. I just drank a drink at night whenever I was home is all. And if I'm thinking of cycling thats why I'm gona leave the drink alone :)
