I am in my 2nd week of my first cycle with 1CC of prop eod switching off arms with every injection. The pain hasnt been a big prob it was something i could work through but today i fopund a kind of sack on my elbow thats holding water and i couldnt even bench when i went to the gym to hit up chest.......... What should i do?

If you are having a sak in you elbow you may wanna see the doctor. Unless you are shooting directly into your elbow there should not be a sak there. You are shooting into your tris and bis, right?? It may be something unrelated to shooting prop because if you are shooting EOD and alternating arms that is only 1 shot every 5th day in each arm.

it's not a sak my arm is swollen it's like it's holding a lot of water and say if i was leaning on a desk or something the water in that area will go away for a couple mins i was just wondering if anyone knows how i can take care of it?

I have had that before shooting my calves, lots of extra water weight/swelling in that area. My calves would bulge right above the sock line. To take care of it, start shooting your glutes. Maybe smaller bodyparts hold more water if you are directly injecting into them??

Man you need to be rotating like four sites minimum. Start using your shoulders and ass.
