Hey guys, I'm currently 20 yrs old at 5'9 weighing 169. I've been drinking creatine with protein shakes and also taking testosterone boosters. My goal is to gain at least 10 or 20 more pounds and look swole. I was wondering if you guys could give me some advice on other supplements that I could take that could help me reach that goal fast based on my age, height and weight. Thanks!!

stick to your natural training for a few yrs til your 24 + til u use any chemical supplements.
At your age your natural test should be very high and youll prob get very little out of a test booster so id save your cash.
Diet and training will have the biggest effect on your gains, ensure you get on a decent routine that you respond to.
Eat more food, more you eat more youll gain, get a decent diet and stay diciplined and youll gain well.
Creatine, protein are good for you and id also look into a pre-workout drink, my fav drinks are N2KTS and gaspari super pump.
Might also be useful looking into a cassein protein to take before bed and work while you sleep.

drop the test boosters, they're bullshit. spend that money on food bro. screw protein shakes, save that money too. just eat like a man. 3 meals a day, like a big, brawny, lumberjack, hairy chested, beard wearin, axe swingin man. drink atleast half gallon of milk a day to augment this, upon waking up, inbetween meals and before bed. now get out there and do it!

i lol everytime i hear people tell anyone their test is high just because of their age, only way you can know that is through a blood test

Well its basically common sense to think that when we are talking about a 20yr old. But it doesn't really matter. Ever if he didn't have great test levels it still doesn't change the fact that he shouldn't cycle.

Just eat man. Trust me most of ur results will come from ur diet. If I was you id take in about 3,500cals..that should be good for somebody ur weight.

Really? So if a 20 year old has low t levels you wouldn't put them on trt?
