need help

alright heres my diet plan.. it doesn't seem to be working..i think im gaining fat instead of muscle
7am-4eggs
10am-protein bar
1230-pb+j sandwich on rye
330-protein bar
600-meatballs(4) sausage (4)
930-milk+protein powder.

i cant seem to figure out what im doing wrong... i run 5x/week and lift 3x/week yet the pounds aren't dropping..? im a broke ass college student so this is the only diet i cant afford..
 
have you set down and dran up the calories and crb/pro/fat break down. Also how much do you weight and what does your cardio look like?
 
5'6" 180 down from low 210ish
20 min run = cardio
i can't calculate the meatballs and sausage.... thats my only downfall...
