I take my 3ius right before bed.

The reasoning is that the growth takes 4 hours to kick in and 12-14 hours of suppression. THis means that taking it at night would allow for your natural secretion, then the injection kicks in, the suppression starts and stops before you take your next shot. This means you would get your natural secreation each night, while still getting the effects from the shot.

If you are taking insulin with it, I would take 2ius in the am and then 2 ius around 5-6pm.
