whats up guys hope very one reaching there goals!
I'm on a cycle of 1000mg test e hg also 500mg deca hg 50mg dbol ed am doing lean bulk 14 weeks than a cut
well I'm currently in morocco and don't have access to well like cosco or vons or any of that good stuff this is what
my current diet looks like this
meal 1>wake up 2 scoops of synth 6
30min later
meal 2>3whole eggs 3 egg whites 1 cup oats
meal 3>12 oz steak grilled 2 cups white rice 200gram green beans
meal4>12oz chicken 2 cups white rice 200 gram green beans
work out
pwomeal5>16oz steak 2 cups of white rice 200 gram green beans
meal 6>12oz turkey 1 cup brown rice 200 gram green beans
meal 7> 12oz turkey 1/4 cup almonds
meal8>3 scoops of synth 6
im also tacking supps
my question is should i change anything or keep it the same I'm trying for 4500cals and also on non training days i lower carbs
carbs:
oats
potato
white rice
wheat pasta
brown rice
protein:
fish
eggs
turkey
steak
chicken
veggies:
green beans
fats:
peanuts
extra vergin oliv oil
