Need professional advise for wife

Wife 42 years old; 5'5", 124 lbs

I'm seeking some female advise for my wife. I have been training for a long time but not a trainer so I don't know diddly about a women's body. My wife has a great physique, light abs, etc. Most of her storage is hips and thighs. However she wants to peel about 20lbs and she's not a big supplement person. Believe it or not, it seems many of the things we have tried in the past are next to nill when it comes to her body resisting.

I got her some Anavar (var) 10mgs and she tried it for 30 days and said she felt like it made her " tired, sluggish, unenthusiastic, bloated, and depressed." So I haven't been able to find her a magic pill. (OH AND SHE IS ALLERGIC to SULFA & CODINE DRUGS!! Pins are a no, no. And with raising 4 teenage girls (yes I said 4) lol, we stay pretty active, busy and get to the gym at least 4 out of 7 days depending on the kids activities.

So any feedback would be greatly appreciated because she's killin me for a bikini answer soon. Lol.

I'm no professtional, new here as well. I think at 5'5" and 124 lbs. she would already look GREAT in a bikini! But at 104 lbs...hmmm may be a lil to thin..just my opinion. I'm 5'7" and 130 lbs. buying my real first bikini for vacation BF is breathing heavy! :bikini:

Lol. So she was by me when I was typing. I asked her what you said and she laughed, she said I'm all T&A baby. So to correct myself, she's 130 and wants to loose 15-20 so that she's ripped. She believes her fat /water ratio is 50/50. Guess she didn't want me to know about the other 5 pounds.

Any thoughts?

I take supplements, no cycling for me. As my BF explained, diet, cardio, weight training. It's worked for me, cardio everyday, clean diet, weight training 3 to 4 days a week..I may step that up. I want tone and definition not the ripped look. I'm not all tits-n-ass lol ! There are plenty weight training and body building info on the web..I use it ..very helpful.
 
Any thoughts as to what she could expect on Anavar (var)? I saw super girls post but I want to help her understand what to and not to expect. We are both under the impression that it would help her a lot and minimize water weight.
