Need Serious Help and Advice

Over the last 6-8 months I've had serious ED issues and no libido. This was after a 2 month prohormone cycle with nothing post cycle, i took clomid 1 bottle 3 months after then Letrozole after that for bump under right nipp. (still have a bit tenderness there)

Ive been to my doctors and told them everything, my primary keeps checking my test, free test, LH, FSH and lipid panel. Everything is in the normal range. SO i was referred to an endo.

The endocrinologist checked my prolactin, estrogen test is that e2??, DHT, Progesterone after I asked (He didn't know why he was checking all that and wasnt sure how to read it I Guess).... Everything was in the normal range but the estrogen level seemed too the high point of the reference range...So then he told me he can't help me and told me to go an Urogolist.

My appointment is soon but I feel like its the same tests over and over and the doctors dont know what there looking for...

What do I do and how do i get back to normal??? P.S Cialias 50 mg doesn't work for me either

10/2/14- Test Total 627

12/29/14- DHT 34
12/29/14 Estrogen Total 112.9
Progesterone Total 64ng/dl

You didn't include reference ranges, so that makes this more difficult. But as far as I can tell, LH, FSH and TT look fine. I don't see estradiol on here though. You should have checked that. If memory serces, Prolactin looks OK too.

How about adding. in reference ranges?

Have you checked TSH?

You are correct most and all are in reference range. Here they are (estrogen seems on high side)

DHT 34 (reference range 16-79ng/dl)

Estrogen, Total 112.9 (reference range ADULT- 40.0-115.0pg/mL)

PROLACTIN 7.9 (reference range MALES 2.0-18.0 ng/mL)

FSH 6.1 (reference 1.6-8.0)

LH 6.5 (reference 1.5-9.3)

Hemoglobin 17.2 (14.0-18.0)g/dl High???

Hematocrit 50.1 (42-52) % High??

LDL 104 (desirable less than 100mg, near optimal/above optimal 110-129mg/dL)

HDL 46 (desirabable greater than 40)

Triglyceride 57 (desirable less than 150mg/dL)

Cholestrol 161 (desirable less than 200mg/dL)

PSA 0.21 (<0.05-4.00)

no on the TSH, I will ask for that and e2. I read that it can be a dopamine imbalance but I think I have enough, also will ask if I can do a urinary hormone analysis or full hormone panel

Total Estrogen doesn't tell us as much as getting Estradiol checked. Your Prolactin looks good, so your dopamine is likely good too.

Your hematocrit is getting up there. Donating some blood would help lower it.

Letro can easily crush your E2 level. If you have a bottle of liquid letro, even the 0.1ml mark on the oral syringe could be enough to wipe out all your E2. When you have your appointment, ask them to do a Sensitive Estradiol (pronounced Estra-Dial) test. That will tell you exactly where your E2 level is.

50mg of Cialis? My head would literally explode into bloody chunks if I took that much. I get bad headaches at 10mg - my usual dose is around 5mg.

So Ive read that it has something to do with HPTA shutdown and neurotransmitters. Hopefully in time the metabolites can get back to normal. Im only taking a multivitamin and glutamine and arginine. I've read that taking milk thistle, yohimbe and antioxidants will help, and too sweat and do cardio...
I'm trying this hopefully I can get back to normal. My doc told me to just give it time and its been about 10 months.

Anyone have any other advice with getting my sh*t to work... I have pramipexole, cabergoline and liquidex but haven't taken any of it yet.

Cialis still dosen't work. No morning wood. Still have tenderness in right nipp, especially if I have any alcohol as well.

Any suggestions?
