If you are seriously just going for Physique competitions then focus on widening the shoulders and building up the lats. Keep your small waist.

The horror stories you hear about tren are from guys who were dumb and did not know what they were doing. If you respect it and are not a dumb ass you will be fine. If your tren is high quality then 50 EOD would be ok a little on the low side but that's fine. See how it works on you first then you can increase the dose by 25mg to 75 and see what that feels like. As long as you use tren A then you can just back off by 25mg when you start getting sides you can't handle. The Mast is too low needs to be up around 500-600 to really shine and with your low BF you will see some nice hardening effects from Mast as long as its quality.

EQ is good but continued long runs with it and you really run the risk of ruining your blood quality. If you have already been running EQ for some time it might be a good idea to leave it alone for a while. Nothing wrong with the cycle you were planning just increase the Masteron.

Upper chest, shoulders, and lats. Add another 10-15 pounds. Then your on your way. Don't forget the legs :)

Dont think the prop tren and mast is a waste of time then?

Turns your blood into yogurt. You need to donate blood to keep hematocrit in check (as with any cycle but especially important with EQ). Some guys even have to do at-home phlebotomies since you can only donate blood every 56 days
 
With reagards to the blood thickening how long should i keep clear of eq? Also will running other aas effect this as much

No I don't think test Prop, Tren A, and Mast P are a waste of time. Exactly what I am doing right now.

This was my last bulking cycle, and it's a BEAST-MODE cycle! The ONLY issue I had with it was (besides the Tren induced sides such as shitty cardio, night sweats, Tren hack, etc..) was the constant pinning....I was feeling like a damned pin-cushion...so much so, that I was running out of fresh muscle to pin. By the time I worked my way around my whole body, the quad where I started was only just STARTING to feel normal again (left quad, right quad, left glute, right glute, left delt, right delt, repeat....)
