Need some advice, Iam a newbie

I am sick of working hard at the gym and no seeing much results. I eat right, eat lots of chicken, vegetables, brown rice, cottage cheese, protein good stuff and I get to where I loose fat a little bit then stop loosing anymore. Iam looking to get to the next level. I am considered a skinny guy, but I have a gut that I want to get rid of. I want to loose some fat and be cut. but no huge. Do you guys have any suggestions on what kind of supplement I should be taking together with working out hard to help me achieve my goal? I was looking at anabolic steroids but Iam afraid of it.

you might not be eating enough, nor working out hard enough.

WHAT you eat doesn't matter nearly as much as how much you eat. when you get down how much, consciously worry about what (because what you eat will come with how much if you like being full ;)) you're eating.

then you should look to supplements
 
i love it when i see these threads of people who weigh under 150lbs complaining of how they cant grow even though they eat a ton..

1. u dont eat a ton
2. u dont know how to eat to grow OR
3. you dont know how to lift...


iv taken so many 150lb guys and added 50lbs to them when they become clients..

go to the diet section and post up a diet.. ill come in there and check it out...

there is no point in you doing gear.. you will just bloat and lose all the weight you gained.. u have to know how to eat first
 
just cuz you eat more dont mean ur gonna get huge or fat. for example i eat like a freakin cow all day and all night long even a 2 in the morning, my cousin is a girl and can hang with me sometimes on eating and she weighs 115. eat right do cardio and lift right. make sure your getting your protein. listen to these guys they know what there talking about. i would bet you 1000$ that u aint eatin as good as u should be. if u want you body to grow and look good u have to feed it the RIGHT way and train it the RIGHT way. i go to the gym all the time and see my friends who say they train hard and do all the right things when they really dont cuz they dont know the right things to do and complain how they arent achieving the body they want.
 
If you ate more calories than your body needs, then you will gain weight (Biological FACT)
So...you don't eat enough (FACT)
Train hard, eat more= gain weight (FACT)
