hey guy's im new to the forums and i just wanna get some opinon's and some help thanks!
im 265 lbs 5''11 and im wanna see whats the best thing out there for me to drop weight i was talking to my buddy and he said to bulk up first then drop wight but im not sure what to do he told me to start on a cycle of Equipoise and Testosterone Enanthate in the passed ive taken xtren and h-drol..
 
Whats your bf%? I would recommend that you establish a good balance diet first or you just going to be wasting your money on the gear...

Welcome to the forums.

If you are already 265lb and wanting to drop weight, there is no reason to bulk up, as your friend suggests on T/E & Eq. With T/E or T/C you are going to add more body fat too. I'd suggest cut first w/ a good diet (See diet forum) & ECA stack. You can cut even on T/E & T/C, but not w/out a very good diet. Furthermore, on 1st cycle you don't really want to be doing more than 1 compound.

If you want to kick it up a noche. Do 21 day clenbuterol and 21 day T3. I've done it in the past to cut up (not lose weight), it works fairly well. Pyramid up and down on both. In the off time, do ECA stack.

In terms of workouts. Do 30-60m cardio each day (4-5 times weekly - your preference for more)- interval setting to preserve muscle. Followed by 45-90m weight training -- 3-4 sets of 8-12reps, 3-4 exercises per body part.

Give us some history btw, then we can be of more assistance.

Welcome to Ology. Like someone else said, get a well balanced diet, and a good training routine. U'd be surprised what that will do for u in 6 months time. U really need to drop some weight before thinking about AAS. Don't take that the wrong way either. A lot more can go wrong on AAS with a higher BF%.
 
Bro do yourself a favour and work your diet hard.
Do diet first till you get down to a better bf% as in not more then 12-14% max. Then consider using gear.
With that high bf your really looking to have more problems then your gonna solve with chemicals.
