Need some Diet advice!

Hey everyone,
I am 25 5'8" 178
I am on 600 test a week 400 deca a week

I am having trouble gaining weight.
My diet is like this

8:00am
5 egg whites, 1 cup oatmeal, 1 scoop protein
10:00am lean ground beef, veggies
12:00-1:00 tuna or lean meat, mashed potatos or 1 cup rice.
Pre-workout
5g glutamine, 5g creatine
I work-out at 1:00-2:00pm
post workout- 2 scoops protein(1 whey, 1 time released)
with-in 1 hour of workout, lean meat, potato or rice or pasta.
7:00-7:30- Lean meat, 2 tbsp peanut butter
10:00-11:30 maybe a light meal- lean meat
bedtime- 2 scoops time release protein, 2 flaxseed oil pills
 
go ahead and link up to my free diet advice thread... u'll find the bmr/tdee formula in there (post 1).. figure that out.. then put your meals into fitday.com and let me know your totals..
 
So I did all the calculations:
My BMR is- 1890
My TDEE is- 3260.25

I went to fitday and this is the nutrition I at that day
2,890 cals
101.6 fat
253.9 carbs
272 protein
I basically followed the diet I put in my earlier post. So please tell me what you think.

I eat almost every two hours and it feels like alot. I know toward the end of the day I am not eating any carbs and I feel hungrier. Can you give me some ideas of where I can add some more calories to my diet. Should I get some protein that has a shit load of calories?
Also could anyone suggest a good high calorie weight gainer to take. And when would be the bast time to take it?

adding fats at the end of your day would be the easiest way to do that.. add 20g fats to the last few meals of your day.. also add 40g carbs to your day..
