need some good advice...

im about to start my post cycle therapy (pct) (nolva) after a 13week cycle of test sustanon 250...my next cycle im doing test 250 with oral d-bol...whens a good time to start my 2nd cycle??, do i have to wait the whole 13 weeks??, and what can i take while i wait??....this was my 1st cycle, and now im looking for some good advice before continuing. any help is great THANKS

13 weeks on 13 weeks off or a full six months off.

or you could bridge it out!!!!!!!!
