Need some help and advices.

I have been lifting weight for about 4 years. Last year I stopped everything, diet and lifting and gained about 50 pounds of fat. What would be the best diet and or program to get back on track.. Right click on this default signature to select another

The fact that you gained the 50 lbs after you stopped working out should tell you one thing.... get back in the gym on a daily basis and you will shed at least half that in no time! You're body sounds like mine, it completely excels while on a regular training schedule but shuts down once you stop. Story of my life!!..lol.. Buy a good diet book, like the South Beach Diet book. It will help get you back on track w/your diet.
