Need some help on my training..

I'm 5'10 218.. I bench 260 for one time.. I want to get bigger and cut up some. I want to ask if somebody can help me out with some sets and reps on my flat bench, and dumbbell incline?? I do Dumbbell incline from 60lbs up to 80lbs. And can somebody tell me some good foods to eat to get rid of a few extra pounds of fat that i have?? Thanks
