hey guys, ive been on a bulk now for 3.5 weeks and my gains have slowed a great deal....

My BMR x activity level is just about 3900 calories
I'm running 400mg Test E a week (broken into 2 equal injections) and 30mg D-bol ed

I have been shooting for 4500 calories a day all from very clean sources (7 meals a day + PWO shake and shake before bed) and about 350 grams of protein a day...

My strength has been going through the roof, but my weight has stagnated at about 235lbs, I was wondering if anyone had any ideas as to maybe eating a little less clean to get some more calories in me, cuz i'm really struggling to eat any more clean food than I do now...

thanks in advance for any advice

Hey there,

Here is my formula for mass building

The total number of calories that you eat will play a major role in how fast you pack on mass. You should eat 21 or more calories per pound of target body weight. For example, if someone wanted to mass up to 250 pounds their calorie requirements would look like this:

Target body weight x 21 calories per pound = daily caloric intake

250 lbs. x 21 = 5250 calories per day.

As you can see this person would need to consume over 5250 calories per day; slip below this and you chance not making the best mass gains possible.

Sample meal that I use:

Meal #1
3 Whole Xl Eggs and 4 Whites
4 Slices of Turkey Bacon
1 Cup Dry Oatmeal
1 TBLS Of Peanut Butter Mixed In
1 TBLS Flax Oil Mixed With Oatmeal

Meal # 2

1 Cup Cottage Cheese
8 large flavored Rice Cakes

Meal # 3

6oz Chicken Breast
