Im 20 years old, I use to exercise a lot but stopped due to my work. Im getting kinda fat
I want to start working out again and also diet. But I've read on the forums that theres some fat burners being used. I dont want to just take the fat burner and call it good, I actually want to diet and work out as well. But I want to see good results. Any ideas? Im also 5'11 weighing 200lbs, I don't know exactly how much body fat
