Need some new No Carb Meal Ideas

LIVING THE DREAM
Hey guys.
I'm starting to get a little fed up with my diet plan right now. I need something new & exciting.

I'm doing something equivalent to the Adkins Diet.

Any Ideas would really help me over the couple of months.

~remember, I'm looking for something with very little to NO carbs. I would say anything higher than 6grams per serving would be to high for my diet (Sucks, I know).

thanks for any feedback.

We all know what kind of meats to prepare and eat . i think the hardest thing is not getting sick of low to no salt.I can tell you what helps myself.....Lots of veggies cut up and baked with the chicken, fish, lean meats......Yellow sqaush,Zuchinni ,green and red bell peppers , all of these go great with any kind of meat . IMO..

That doesn't sound like much fun Barry, :/ I need to have my carbs..

Here are some ideas.

Breakfast
Start the day with a smoked salmon frittata, making a thick omelette with three eggs, smoked salmon trimmings (economical and available in any supermarket), chopped cooked broccoli (a handy use for last night***8217;s leftover vegetables) and a little salt and pepper. By stage 2, you can add a little double cream to this mix to create a fantastic and super-indulgent scrambled eggs with smoked salmon. Black pepper is an ideal seasoning.

Lunch
For lunch, an easy tuna pate can be made by mashing a tin of tuna into 4 tbsp full-fat cream cheese. The addition of a squeeze of lemon juice and a grinding of black pepper or a tsp of paprika barely affects your carb count but revs up the flavour. The pate makes a great filling for a green pepper (red peppers are fine from stage 2) and a large green salad with a no-carb dressing makes a healthy side-dish

I got these from a website, a while back I thought about doing Atkins & had saved this website's link...

here it is Atkins Diet Meal Plans | Healthy Low Carb Living: Fish-based Atkins Meal Plan

It gives you a big selection you could choose from from fish based meals, red meat, turkey, etc
gives you Atkins diet allowed foods, lots of good info.. hope it helps you.

I like mixing a small amount of beef or tuna with whole eggs or egg whites. It really good with hot sauce.

I have a TON of low-No carb meal ideas..

Yummy, the Tuna dish sounds great. Better then what I do, which is just eating tuna right out of the can with a little mayo. I'll give it a try. The salmon dish I already do once a week but will try adding a more variety of vegi's.

Are you having your cholesterol checked through out this? I am curious what it will be. Atkins totally flipped my numbers, which is why I do Palumbos keto now.

why would anyone NOT want carbs?

Hey now, I never said that "I dont want carbs."

I'm prepping for a show in a few months and this has always been the easiest/fastest way for me to shed the weight (especially the hard belly fat).

I'll incorporate more of a carb intake afterwards but for now I really have to watch what I consume..sucks I know

I found that I need to check about every 3 weeks and tweak intake as needed. I have only had a problem once about 2 1/2 years ago and def. dont want to go through that again.

You mentioned that you have many ideas for meal plans???? I would love to hear them. If you have time to PM them to me that would be fantastic.

just be careful, no carbs is tricky, and the fine line keto offers can be a muscle killer if you miss the mark.

I have a very good recipe for Kibbeh Nayeh.
That's raw extra extra lean ground chuck with bulgur wheat.

When made in small batches you can get 2-4 meals per week out of that.
