Okay, I have a show on June 5th, which is in about 8 days.
This show is a little different than normal. They are having the PJ and the Finals at the same time. It all starts at 7PM. This is kind of throwing me off.
Here is what I have planned, please tell me if I am way off.

Mon.- Last leg w/o, eat regular(diet). Drink tons of water

Tue.- Carb depletion day #1. Quick upper body w/o using hgh reps. Drink tons of water. Sodium load.

Wed.- Carb depletion day # 2. No workout, except maybe some abs and posing. Tons of water. Sodium Load.

Thur.- Carb Depletion Day # 3. Upper body workout, circuit style, high reps. Tons of water. Sodium load. Start mild diuretic, either Aldactone or just herbal form.

Fri.- Carb Load Day. No workout. No sodium. Drink as much water as I can until about 2pm maybe 4pm, then stop completely. Fat load at night on Natty PB .

Sat. - Show Day. Carb Load Day. No Sodium. No water(sips only). possibly take 1/2 tab of lasix in the AM if needed.

Please let me know what you all think of this. I am only carb loading for the 2 days, because my body tends to look really bloated fast w/ carbs. I think with the show not starting till 7PM I can look better If I just carb load for the day and a haf. I may use the last meal on Thur. as my start of carb loading.

shit were do i start..........cutting your water too soon, carb depletion should be F-S-SN-M, start carbing up sometime wed., no working out after tuesday, and sodium laoding too late in the week. you do all this you will come in less than best. who the hell told you to do this, might i ask????????????

If i just said that I am very sensitive to carbs, and get bloated very easily with them. Then why on earth would I carb deplete Fri-Mon. and start carb loading on Wed.? What happened to Tues.? Besides that would be going on 4 days of carb loading? That is more than a lot of the bigger guys that can stand very high carbs. I on the other hand cannot, so this is why I am only carb loading for the 2 days(well more like a day and a half.)

As far as sodium, I will porobably just load until Tues. or Wed., then start tapering down to zero by Fri.
The reason I deplete water that early, is because I need it. I tend to hold a lot of water naturally. My last show I tried to deplete a lot sooner. I know a lot of guys that only drop water like 10-14 hours out from the show. Well, it didn't work. I even tried some lasix a few hours before the show because I woke up in the morning still holding water.

The other shows I did, I cut back 24 hrs before the show, and woke up dry as all hell. So That is the plan that I am deferring back to.

As far as training, I am training on the days that I am carb depleting, which is of the norm.

As far as who told me to do it like this........it is all from my head. That is why I am asking fro opions. If you care to share your opinion, then so be it. But please don't waste my time by giving me short answers, and not really explaining yourself. That will do me no good.

Dialing in for a show is so personalized, it is so hard to do. For me I use Diazide starting Wedns 12.5mg ing the morning and 12.5 at night all the way to the show. I start to taper my water on Wedns. with 1 gallon and cut it Fri night at 9pm. I also cut salt in half on Thurs and none on Fri execpt for whats in the food already. Posing and the Dry sauna will get that last little bit out if needed. I tried fat loading for the first time and it didnt work for me. I will use carb loading next time in a novice show to experiment as a warm up to the State Champ. You see after you do a few shows you will find what works for you, Its a trial and error thing. As nobody can predict how your body will react.

Well I got first in the Novice HW....by default!!LOL I was the only one!!LOL

Anyways, more of what happened and pictures in the picture forum.....

its fucked up what happened. You definalty looked better than the others. Especially the guy all the way to the left of the pic. Wasnt proportional and not very full.
