How much do you currently weigh?

What is your bodyfat?

How long do you have before your contest?

I can help you from there. You do know that you need to be a lot leaner than 8% if you plan on competing.

my weight is 198 @ 5'10", My contest is september 11 and yes last time I did a show I was down to 4% if not a little lower. I just need some help as to when I should start cuting down cals and carbs. I was told 8 weeks in the gym but last time I deited for 15 weeks. but 15 weeks was a little long becouse I was ready 3 weeks out that kinda sucked, started geting cotosous(if thats spelled right)

If your around 8% i personally would go with a 10 week prep.

As far as what your doing now? I'm assuming your trying to put on weight up till the show??

As far as your diet you seem to be taking in a lot of kcals for your weight. You know if you gaining fat or muscle so i won't argue that.

Your diet as long as its a mass gain phase looks fine.

Just clean things up come contest time.
