need some real help guy/girls

ok,

right now i am enjoying myself , eating pretty clean but having my sweets here and there.

i plan on dieting jan 1--puts me 22 weeks out from a show i would like to take a stab at.

i really need some tips in the diet department.

i eat every 2 to 3 hours,

planning on chicken, turkey,--8 to 10 ounces

red meat added here and there.
my biggest problem is planning my carbs. and what kinds of carbs to take in

should they be done pre workout- post workout only, how many should i be taking in aday , etc,etc

so i could really use some help here,

would like to see some examples of what people are taking in anything at all would be very ,very appreciated

precontest diet is not my specialty bro sorry , but im rooting for you hell one of us needs to lose weight;)
 
Talk to needsize and fyre. Needsize looked fucking wicked for his show, and fyre is excellent in the diet department, one of the best I know. BMF2 is excellent with this stuff also, i don't know how welll you know her. They should be able to at least give you some pointers.
 
I can give you some help if you need it. Whats your weight and bodyfat % right now...

How many weeks do you plan on dieting for your show.
 
For real tho, bro? While you have the chance to, I woudl hook up with a trainer in your area. Like, just have him watch what you eat and whatnot, so he can have an idea of what you "normally" eat, that way when you startyour diet come Jan 1, he will have a better idea of how to customize your diet and training based on how yoru body reacts.. kno wwhat i mean?
 
I agree that a trainer would be your best bet House. We can help you out online but every one is different. When I train someone for a show, I need to see them once a week in order to make changes to their diet.
Obviously you'll want to make sure that you're getting your carbs from clean sources such as oats, sweet potatoes, potatoes and rice. Your protein sources should come from chicken, turkey, salmon, tuna, whey protein, and lean cuts of beef.
Did you say what your body fat is at right now? That's a big part of how early you will need to cut things out. So, get your fat tested asap. So, let's start there!:)

How much flax oil are you taking? Is that your main souce of fat?
Oh by the way, be sure to have the same person doing your caliper reads each time. I'm also going to suggest that you get someone that does at least five skinfold sights. I normally do for men, chest, tricep, subscap, iliac, abdominal and front thigh. A lot of places only use three sites and that's just not accurate enough.:)

What I have found in my experience, is that most people do not do bf% correctly. However, it still is a good starting point...but I would still assume that you are at least 5% higher then the measure the trainer got. Now, here is a big question, what was your subscap measurement?
 
if u really want help 'PM' atherjen because she knows whats up on dieting, she looks really cut up for competions, so your best bet is her advice bro.
