Need some Recipe's

Ok peeps, i'm looking for some good recipe's or food combos to help mix up my diet a little. I'm tired of eating the same old shit everyday.

So how do you guys prepare your meals or set them up so you get your macros and stuff.

Much appreciated.
 
This one has been a favorite of mine lately. Throw 4 chicken breast in the crockpot with 4 cups of chicken broth. Cook for 2 hours on high then add 2 cut up potato's and some carrots. Let this cook for about an hour then add 4 servings of brown rice. Should only take a few minutes to absorb all of the broth and you've got a few great meals.

Nice!. When you say 4 servings....how much is that? 2 cups?

I make a scramble egg mix....pretty basic.

4 whole eggs
8 egg whites
1/2 avacado, mashed up into chunks
1/2 tomato
1/4 or tiny bit green onion
3-5 pc of bacon, turket or low sodium, or sausage
1/4 sweet potato, mash or into chunk
5 mushrooms
6-7 oz Ham
1-3 oz olive oil (depending on how much you like)
lightly pepper


than you put it on top of wheat/ezekiel toast. light or no butter.
