Need Suggestion On A New Workout Regimen

So I have been doing the same workout regimen for a while now and want to switch it up just to confuse my muscles, I feel like they are at the point where they are expecting what is next...
Currently I am doing a 5 day a week regimen M-F
Monday-Chest
Tuesday-Back
Wednesday-Legs
Thursday-Shoulders
Friday-Bicep/Tricep

Honestly I still want to do a 5 day a week workout, and still feel Wednesday is probably the best day for legs because it gives my upper body a day mid week to rest. Anyone have any suggestions on what I could flip flop around?

This is what I do:

Mon- chest, biceps
Tue - shoulders, legs
Wed - back, triceps
Thu - rest
Fri - chest, shoulders
Sat - triceps, back
Sun - rest

You can always switch your lifts and keep the same day splits. For instance, instead of doing flat bench press/cables/flies for chest, you could do decline presses/hammer strength/flat bench rows to stimulate your muscles from different angles. I haven't tried it yet, but another alternative is the DC method (DoggCrapp) which you can read all about at All about Doggcrapp Training AKA DC Training

My .02c :)

Yeah man I heard about this before actually, think Im gonna look more into it.

My splits are pretty much the same. I just change the grip, angle, type of the lift, add supersets, megasets, dropsets, negatives and such all the time. If 2 days after the workout, the area is not sore, then I know I need to break the routine.
